 | Soon to rise was PRINCE JUN CONDOMINIUM. The Group’s maiden project is an eight-storey commercial and residential building located at 42 Timog Avenue, Quezon City, featuring 89 units. The PROJECT STARTED in MARCH 1992 and was completed two years later. The success of the project firmly established the Group’s reputation in the industry and signaled bigger undertakings ahead. |
 | Soon after, the group built PRINCE GREGORY CONDOMINIUM. A 12-storey commercial and residential building located at 105 12th Ave., Cubao, Quezon City. The 125-unit structure began construction in 1993 and was finished just a year later, an impressive accomplishment by any standards. |
